The ATS 3000 SRW is an industrial-grade model, completely made of stainless steel. The mold and aluminum parts are coated with eloxal. The touch operator panel allows for numerical and graphical monitoring of values, facilitating easy operations. The pneumatic system, gas pressure, and vacuum values are regulated by sensors on the machine, and the operator is guided by warning messages displayed on the panel.
The machine offers options for both printed and non-printed film, in addition to a photocell system. Its easy-to-replace mold system ensures cost-effectiveness, offers unlimited mold choice, and delivers high performance, making it ideal for line type MAP and SKIN packaging.
